This Privacy Policy explains how ShiroKoji OÜ, VAT number EE102932445, of Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn, represented by Dennis Ekisola ("the Provider", "we", "us", "our"), processes personal data when you use the Provisions iOS app and related services.
The App is intended for business users and is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
Account and profile data: Name, email address, phone number, vessel name, organisation or yacht identifiers, region, unit preferences, pricing or VAT settings, account status, and related admin notes.
Operational and order data: Sourcing requests, supplier selections, product and pricing data, uploaded order sheets, purchase orders, shipment and delivery records, delivery confirmations, communications, and support interactions.
Media and content: Photos or attachments you upload for requests, conversations, or delivery confirmations; optional live broadcast audio or video; optional live chat or caption content; and recordings you choose to save.
Permission-based device data: Push notification token, calendar entries created with your permission for deliveries, camera input for scanning, capturing images, or live broadcast, microphone input for broadcast or voice input, speech recognition text for captions or dictated requests, and photo library items you select or save.
Locally stored data: Recently used account emails and pending sign-in email stored on the device to speed up sign-in and account switching.
Technical and security data: Authentication or session data, timestamps, identifiers, and limited diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the service.
We use personal data to provide and secure account access, run ordering and delivery workflows, sync messages and media, send notifications, create calendar reminders when you permit them, operate optional live and voice features when you start them, support users, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the context, we process personal data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you or your organisation, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, because you have given permission for optional device-level features, or because the law requires us to do so.
We may share relevant data with suppliers, customers, management companies, warehouse teams, and other authorised counterparties involved in the relevant request, order, or delivery. We may also share data with service providers that host, store, authenticate, message, or otherwise support the App, and with authorities where required by law.
We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, maintain account history, support orders and delivery records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations. Locally stored device data remains until you remove it from the device or uninstall the App.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of permission-based processing. You can also manage notifications, camera, microphone, speech, calendar, and photo permissions in iOS Settings.
