Provisions runs on a service-credit system. Each new account receives complimentary onboarding credits to cover your first orders. After that, your credit balance is debited as you use the platform, according to the rates published in the App. Product prices are never marked up; the service fee is always clearly separated from product costs on every order summary and invoice.
Invoices are issued by ShiroKoji OÜ from Estonia. The service is classified as an electronically supplied service (ESS); reverse charge applies for B2B customers in the EU under Articles 44 and 196 of the EU VAT Directive.
